To achieve the virtual mission and move toward our imaginary vision, the cultural core value has been created based upon several key concepts—knowledge, intelligence, Innovation, professional ethics and client satisfaction with the following meanings.
- Knowledge: refer to the specialized skills acquired from practicum and systematic training of individual or staff, which is a very important part of inputs before s/he is able to produce quality services and products for our clients’ needs.
- Intelligence: means the natural ability of individual or a staff apart from knowledge, which is used to realize personal potential, boost team work performance and company as a whole.
- Innovation is the synergy of collaborative ideas found by individuals or team work to create new things to add value to shareholders, staffs, clients and the public.
- Professional Ethic refers to the practice of obeying the intellectual property right, ensuring confidentiality, complying with the law and regulations, and being responsible for all our activities, services and products.
- Customer Satisfaction means the creation of further value for the customers through triangle marketing strategy: 1) creating services to meet customer satisfaction, 2) creating value interests for clients and 3) maintain long-term client relation.
